I hate to see summer come to an end, but at least we have football to look forward to. I went to the first UofU home game last night with some of my family. (Thanks to my wonderful husband who gave up his ticket so I could go!) I enjoy going to the games. And our Utes pulled out a win last night. That makes them 2-0 so far! Go Utes! And as we are talking football we might just want to mention that you are pretty darn lucky BYU! You best be saying your prayers of gratitude!

We also had an enjoyable weekend spending time with Jeff's family. His sister Paula was in town and also celebrated her birthday. So Friday night we had a pizza party and on Saturday we dragged Paula around for some shopping. We took the kids to the Gardner Village, they enjoy feeding the ducks.

Gage has said some funny things this week, I can't remember them all but here are a few:
On Sunday morning he said, "I am not going to church today mom, it is not my favorite place to go!" (you and me both buddy)
As Gage is being a weirdo I ask him, "Gage where did you come from?" His reply,"same place as you Mom, .....Grandma's house" Sad thing is, there is probably a whole lot more truth to that then you think! If you come meet my family a sane person, you may leave a crazy one!
Gage has been convinced this week that there has been a horse knocking on his window. I keep telling him that he must be seeing a horse in his dream. We drove past some horses this week, and he asked if they were just his imagination! We finally figured out he was hearing grasshoppers jumping on his window. When we told him this he said, "I am glad horses are not my imagination!"
Gavin is always a crack up. He has been teeting this week and has been a pill, but he has done a few funny things.
When he saw President Bush on TV he pointed and said, "Papa"
He absolutly loves dancing to Kid Rocks song Sweet Home Alababma. Good thing they don't understand the words! But that is both my boys favortie dance song right now. ( I should probably not be admitting that so publically)
He is also 18 months now and offically able to go to nursery. He has been going for a long time with Jeff for quite some time now. But Jeff didn't have to teach Nursery today and Gavin went all by himself without crying! What a BIG BOY!!
