This year my birthday was not spent water skiing at Bear Lake.....I didn't know what to do with myself. But we were lucky enough to be able to head up there on the 4th of July and spend a few days. It was FREEZING!!!!!!!!! What is up with this weather lately??? We still enjoyed ourselves doing the usual Bear Lake activities......

Celebrating Independence Day

We had a great 4th of July weekend. We saw Toy Story 3, which was cute, but Kennady puked all over me, which will actually be a recurring theme throughout the weekend. We went to a parade, we went swimming (and Kennady threw up in the pool, they had to close it for awhile so they could clean it up.) We went to dinner and fireworks with my family. Then on Sunday we headed to Bear Lake. But we will leave the Bear Lake pictures for a different post.

This was our first trip up to Bear Lake......now I know that it is a cold lake but MAN is it cold this year!!! All the more reason for my family to make fun of me! I don't like being cold, and it takes me a long time to get in the water! But I thought I was going to get hypothermia!!! Despite that we had a good time. Boating , riding the four wheeler and playing at the beach. Thanks Mom and Dad for a fun weekend and helping me with the kids!
