In the fall our family likes to spend a monday night up in the canyons roasting hotdogs and marshmallows. We had a great time!

Gavin roasted his own marshmallow.  It is very well done!

Crew's "UTE" party!

Crew celebrated his first birthday in September and what a better theme for crew then a utah utes party! Goooo utes!!!! It was the day before the rival U vs Y game. So we were pumped! And we are happy to report that at least that game had a happy ending for us!

This Hannah baby is an active chick! She loves her cousins.....she comes from a house divided so no red or blue for her tonight!!

All the cousins....I love getting these pictures. And trust me if you were a fly on the wall you would be very entertained and might need some earplugs!! And yes Jack is in the picture!!

I had to add this one because Hannah had had enough!! She was thinking I am not a UTE, I am not a Ute!!! Gage said something like I am holding Hannah and she has one grumpy face!

I these two beauties become good friends! It is fun to see them start to interact with each other!

It is tradition on the first birthday to let the birthday child dig into there cake! This requires stripping down to a diaper.  Usually the rest of the cousins and on occasion an uncle, follow suit and we end up with a bunch of naked family members!

Arrgghhh

Gavin wanted any costume that he could have a sword with, so we settled on a Pirate......right away he was practicing his aarrrggghhh's. I think he is a very cute pirate!

Diversity is....

Gage brought home from school this years reflections theme "Diversity is...." I knew right away that he could do "Diversity is LOVE.....just look at my family!". We have red heads and tow heads and cousins with dark hair. But despite our differences, there is alot of love for our family. We love them very much and are very grateful for them!

I think we all knew that Amy and Jordan would some day have a girl......they were very skeptical after three boys. But she is here and as cute as ever!!

Gage goes back to school

I don't know how it happened, but I have a second grader. And a smart one at that! This boy reads so much that eventually have to a take books away from him so he will go to sleep!! His mind is constantly going! Good luck in second grade buddy! Love you!

Last Vacation of the summer

I guess when it is the last trip up to Bear Lake I don't end up with very many pictures......but I had to add these ones. One of gage on the 4 wheeler, because that is the only place you would find him. And a few of Crew, because he is so cute and because my kids have said several times that their favorite trip up to Bear Lake was the one with Crew.

Gage would drive everyone down to the beach....it took longer to get on the 4 wheeler than it did to just walk down!
