Rainy days, sweet treats, birthdays,....thats's what our day are made of

Jeff's parents have been visiting these last couple of weeks and our days have been filled with fun things.

Here are a few highlights of our last week:

Noteworthy is the fact that Kennady turned 4 months old. She is so cute and fun. She started rolling over one day after turning 4 months. She is sleeping through the night. And she can light up a room with that smile of hers!!

Gage has started swimming lessons. Despite the cool weather, he has done great!! And he loves it!!

We took a trip to Gardner Village. Which of coarse means a trip to the candy store.

And speaking of candy, we took a tour to the sweets candy factory with our cousins Elle, MaryJane and John Paul I don't have pictures because they wouldn't let you have cameras, but Kennady looked so funny in her hairnet that I had to take a picture of her when I got home. Look at our little lunch lady!!

We celebrated Jeff' s brothers Matt and Steve's birthdays. The kids would not cooperate for a picture, this is the best I got.

My sister and I took the kids to the splash park. Too bad the weather has been rainy!! We didn't get to stay too long before we got rained on.

We took the boys to Wheeler Farm for a kids fair. The kids had lots of fun in bounce houses, getting balloon animals, playing games and doing lots of activities!! (No pictures)

And we've played hand and foot games, only to be demolished!! What happened to Jeff and I?? We cannot get our game on. We used to be the champions and now we can't win a game to save our lives!
Here is to another week of family and fun!

Slow down, you move too fast, got to make the morning last.....

Wow!!! The month of May has been a whirlwind!! We have had so much going on! I have been soooo far behind on my blogging that this will be one long post!! I wish life would just slow down a titch!
In May we have had lots of Tee ball games, a field trip to the zoo, my sisters bridal shower, race for the cure, mother's day, dentist appointments for the boys(Gavin's first!), Jeff and my 9th anniversary(happy anniversary Jeff!), a surprise graduation party for my brother and Jeff(see I have been so busy I haven't even blogged about the most momentous day!!), volunteering at the new Oquirrh Mountain Temple, Gage's 5th birthday, Gage's birthday parties, and Gage's graduation from preschool! Now lucky for anyone reading this I didn't take pictures of everything. But none the less I have a ton of pictures to share!!

First to start with Gage's Tee ball. He finally hit the ball from coach pitch the very last game!! Way to go Gage!! Gage has improved a TON from the last time we played tee ball!! I am just happy he played!!

Here are some pics of my extended family at race for the cure. We raced in honor my Aunt Susan who recently passed away. And I also walked for my Aunt Jerry who passed away about a year ago.

Gage graduated from preschool this week. He is one smart little guy. He is reading, adding, subtracting, spelling, counting, knows his address and phone number! We are very proud of you Gage. All the kids said what they wanted to be when they grew up, watch the video to see Gage's answer.

Gage also had his 5th birthday this week!!! Happy Birthday buddy!! I can't believe he is 5!!
For his birthday we went to Boondocks and played miniature golf and rode the GoKarts. We then had cake and icecream with Grandma and Grandpa and Ashley.

Then we had two birthday parties for Gage, a friends SUPER HERO party and then a family party. This is the first friends party we have done, so I didn't really know what I was doing. We just played games, made costumes, had a pinata, dinner, and cake and ice cream. I hope the kids had fun.

For our family party we went to Oquirrh lake and had a picnic. I tried to keep it low key and Gage loves to go to the lake and ride his bike and play on the playground. Here are the many pics of our family:

We have had a funfilled month! I am so grateful Jeff is out of school, because there is no way I could have survived this month without him!! Now I need some R&R!! Can't wait to go to the lake!
